Happy Halloween!!!!

October 31, 2014

Today is one of my favorite day of the year, Halloween!!! Halloween has a presence here in Sweden, not as big as in America, but decent. Daniel and I will be going to a Halloween party tomorrow night and I’m so excited to dress up! It was slim pickings at the costume store, so I went for something rather simple. I’m going to be a leopard! Paired with my Chanel boots! I can’t wait to wear my costume… maybe I’ll…

Everyone was so nice and made me feel so welcome in Sweden. They all were a great bunch and we had so much fun hosting them. And now the food,… I stuck to my signature dishes because they are always a crowd favorite. I added a new dish which was a…

Pumpkin Carving Fun!

October 27, 2014

Fall is here so that means it’s time for pumpkin carving!!! It’s a time honored tradition in America and I’ve seen it’s caught on here in Sweden. This was Daniel’s first pumpkin carving and his pumpkin turned out better than mine! Who knew he was so creative! A nice trick I learned from my friend, Helen, sprinkle some cinnamon inside the pumpkin lid and when the candle is in, it will make your house smell like cinnamon and pumpkin.…
