During my sister’s visit over the holidays we were treated for dinner at the #3 best restaurant in the world, Noma, conveniently located in Denmark. We are continuing our way through the top 100 list and with this restaurant under my belt, that makes 5 restaurants off the list! Baptism Day

Today was a very special day for me, today was the day I got baptized. That’s right, I had my ultimate ‘Charlotte’ moment and converted to being an Orthodox Christian to marry Daniel. Most people know I’m not a heavily religious person. I’d like to think that I’m more spiritual than religious, but this was important to Daniel and his family so I didn’t see the harm in building the connection. Engagement Photo Drop #1!!!

It’s getting real people! T-minus 8 months until the big day!!! I’m so glad I get to share this with you all! Our photoshoot was taken in our city of Eslöv in Trollsjöparken last fall.
